Is an online estate plan legal in Texas?

Yes. Your documents are prepared using attorney-drafted Texas templates through Breshears Law and are valid when properly signed and notarized under Texas law.

Do I still need a lawyer?

DocuTex is built and supervised by a licensed Texas attorney, and every plan is reviewed before release. For simple married estates it's designed to be complete — and if your situation is complex, we'll tell you and connect you with the firm.

What happens to my house?
